Supplements to be added for Christmas and New year

• Please make sure you will use the vehicle and driver starting from 7.00am till 7.00 p.m. (except any special reason)
• Unless airport pick up and drop off no night drives are permitted
• Check-in time – 1.00 pm and check out time before 12.00 pm

Payment Terms based on above specified hotels and the travelling period

• Once you confirm the Tour Itinerary, we will send you the Tour Invoice in order to settle the payment, to secure the rooms. We recommend you to settle the payment via a bank transfer. If not, you can settle the payment by credit card, which will cost you another extra amount of 3% as bank service charges

Cancellation Policy based on above specified hotels and the travelling period

• On or before 21 days prior to arrival the advance payment can be refunded in full
• On or before 14 days of the arrival will be liable to pay 50% of full accommodation cost.
• Within 14 days 100% (No Show)

Please note the above rates are in Euro net, Inclusive of all taxes & non commissionable. It will be converted to SL Rupees according to the government stipulated rates prevailing at the time. Any increase in government taxes / Levies would be applicable to the above rates.
